Methodology
The calculation divides the total peptide mass in the vial by the volume of bacteriostatic water added to find the concentration (mg/mL). The target mass is then divided by that concentration to give the liquid volume, shown in mL and as units on a U-100 syringe scale (100 units = 1 mL).
Rounding: syringe units are rounded to 0.1 unit, volume to 0.001 mL and syringe percentage to 0.1%.
